Rio Grande model , Rossi proceeded to adapt the traditional arming lever.
At one time, the word "rifle" meant almost exclusively a weapon with a lever arm. The rifle with a lever depicts a part of America and in particular a symbol of Far West such as a pair of used cowboy boots or a set of spurs.

Founded in 1889 by Amadeo Rossi, the company that took its name is one of the leading manufacturers of single barrel barrels, front barrels and sniper rifles. Rossi, among its ribbed weapons with a lever arm, also made a weapon with a lever arm similar to the Marlin model 336, but the weapon we describe here has no ridges inside its barrel. The Rio Grande is indeed a rifle with a lever arm but its chamber accepts .410 Ga caliber 2 1/2 " and metal height 16 mm. While Rossi ' specialty is exceptional quality, this weapon represents its commitment to innovation and its commitment to providing snipers with unparalleled and reliable weapons.

The Rossi Rio Grande, model RG410B, not only has the flawless appearance of the Marlin model 336, but also has the usual feature of the trunk side exit gate and the puller that fits snugly on the shutter. But the stock and duck of the RG410B, made of excellently finished hardwood in walnut wood, have a nicer style compared to the 336 model of Marlin. There are two metal clips, the first on the front of the duck and the second about 1.27 cm behind the barrel mouth.
The RG410B model has the modern style of Marlin, safety on the trunk that, when activated, blocks the hammer. If the trigger is pulled the hammer will fall, but its forward travel will stop at a short distance from the impactor.
